Does Austin College Value People of Color? Transcript of the Meeting to Cancel XC/Track

Team supporter Tori Dodd had a meeting with President Steven O'Day and Athletic Director David Norman on February 2, 2021, in which they stated their reasons for cutting the Distance Track/XC coach and program.
The cheapest athletics program on campus, with the highest annual percentage of men and women of color, and the only coach of color leading a program on his own.
